Abulkasim Madrasah

Sheikh Abulkasim had this madrasa built in the 19th century, and a second floor was added in 1864. It stands at 3/2 Furqat street, beside the Friendship Palace. The cells are workshops now: wood carving, metalwork, miniature painting and calligraphy. You buy from the person working in the room. This is a place for a handmade object, not a robe stall. Opening hours and prices are left blank until someone checks them on site.
